Keiki

Contact

Talk to the people building Keiki.

Send product, developer, support, privacy, or security questions to nizzy@orchid.ai. Include the organization name, the channel or API surface involved, and any request or trace identifier that is safe to share so the team can route the question accurately.

Product and onboarding

For help deciding how to structure an agent, connect a channel, or move from a prototype to a customer-facing workflow, email the team or book the onboarding call linked below. Describe the job the agent should complete, the systems it must use, and where people should be able to reach it.

Keiki is designed for agents that answer and act across existing communication channels. If you only need a static FAQ widget, say so in your note and the team can help determine whether the platform is the right fit.

Developer and account support

For API, SDK, MCP, authentication, or runtime questions, include the interface and endpoint you are using, the HTTP status or stable error code, and a redacted request example. Do not send API keys, provider credentials, conversation secrets, or customer personal information by email.

For account access or billing questions, write from the email address associated with the organization. Keiki will verify ownership before making changes that affect an account, connected channel, or stored data.

Privacy and security

Use the same contact address for privacy requests, data access or deletion questions, suspected account compromise, and responsible security reports. If you are a customer of a business whose agent runs on Keiki, contact that business first because it controls the conversation and Keiki processes it on the business’s instructions.

Never include an active credential or unnecessary personal data in a report. A concise description, affected URL, observed behavior, and safe reproduction steps are enough for the team to begin an investigation.
