About Keiki
Software is becoming someone.
Keiki exists to make useful AI agents reachable in the conversations people already have open. Instead of asking customers to visit another destination, teams can create one agent with a voice, memory, knowledge, tools, and clear boundaries, then launch it across SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, email, and other channels.
Why we built Keiki
Building an agent is only a fraction of the work required to operate one. Teams also need channel delivery, identity, memory, tool execution, billing, observability, evaluations, security controls, and a way for people to step in. Assembling those systems separately makes promising prototypes slow and brittle in production.
Keiki brings that operating layer together. Builders focus on what the agent knows, does, and feels like. The platform handles the shared runtime around it and lets the same agent gain a new channel without rebuilding its intelligence.
What Keiki is
Keiki is a hosted multichannel agent platform and developer SDK. An agent can answer questions, retrieve business data, call custom tools, complete transactions, remember relevant context, and escalate to a person when policy requires it. Teams define instructions and boundaries, inspect conversations and traces, and require approval for sensitive actions.
The product serves founders and operators who want to launch quickly, product and customer-experience leaders who need dependable control, and technical builders who want a programmable runtime rather than another closed chatbot.
Company
Keiki is a product of Zero Email, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The team builds communication software around a simple premise: conversation is becoming the interface, and every organization should be able to create an agent people can actually reach.
