How Arc turns buying signals into sales conversations
Arc built a Keiki agent to find design leads on X and bring qualified opportunities into Slack.

A sales agent is useful when it brings your team someone who already needs what you sell. Arc, a founder-led design studio, built that workflow with Keiki.
The challenge: find the request while it is fresh
Arc was searching X for founders asking for design help, researching their companies, and judging whether they were a fit. Useful requests were scattered among irrelevant posts. Finding one late meant other studios had already responded.
The agent: buying intent to Slack
Arc’s agent searches X, evaluates requests against the studio’s ideal customer profile, and brings qualified opportunities into Slack with the source and company context. The team reviews the lead and chooses how to respond.
Keiki also helps Arc create Google Forms and turn Figma frames into social assets, keeping related growth work in the same conversation.
The result: a qualified call, sooner
Co-founder Emir Ayaz reports a qualified YC prospect call booked about 30 minutes after onboarding and 3–4 hours of prospecting saved each week.
The useful sales outcome is the call. The agent found an expression of demand; Arc turned it into a conversation.
Build a sales agent around your buyer
The same pattern can serve a software company, an agency, or another business with a clear offer. Start by writing down what a good opportunity looks like. A request for help is more useful than a passing mention of your category.
- Define the signal. Describe the problem your business solves, the customers you serve, and the requests worth bringing to your team. Include examples of poor fits.
- Connect the source and destination. Give the agent access to the relevant tools and a place to deliver opportunities, such as Slack. Start with one source so you can judge the quality of its results.
- Make each alert actionable. Ask for the original request, why the person appears to be a fit, and the context a teammate would need to write a useful reply.
- Test before expanding. Review a few results, correct the qualification rules, and decide what needs a person’s approval. Then add other jobs as the agent proves useful.
Measure qualified conversations and the customers they become. Those outcomes tell you more about the value of the workflow than the number of posts an agent scans.
Put your agent to work
Choose a starting point in Keiki’s template library, describe your buyer, and connect the tools your team uses. You can build around a sales workflow first and give the agent more responsibilities as you learn.
